About Steph
Steph McBride, LPC started ReRoot Therapy in 2018 to help people feel more connected and less alone in times of transition. Through human-to-human connection, compassion, and a knack for understanding what supports our nervous systems, Steph helps clients break out of limiting patterns and root into self-worth and confidence.
Steph graduated from Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado with a Master of Arts Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Transpersonal Wilderness Therapy.
Through continuing education and in-depth training, Steph specializes in reducing the impact of anxiety, trauma and shame. Through lived experience and training Steph offers affirming and inclusive support for queer and LGBT+ people at any point in their journey of exploration or identity.
